We are frequently engaged to perform a number of these roles (either simultaneously sequentially) as this tends to be more cost effective and expeditious than appointing multiple consultants.
For example, we have been engaged to provide initial property research and advisory for a development acquisition, but then went on to act as the Buyers Agent and Development Manager.
Similarly, we provided development advice and management for the developer of a strata office project, and then went on to be appointed as their Commercial Real Estate Agent because we understood the project and the market so well, and could tailor our approach to suit the circumstances.
